Their story
Two ravens sit on Odin's shoulders and speak into his ears all they see and hear. He sends them out at dawn to fly over the whole world, and they return by breakfast, so Odin knows much news. In Grímnismál Odin says he fears for Huginn that he might not come back, but fears more for Muninn.
